Applications
The RealTime ready RNA Virus Master is designed for fast, highly sensitive and specific real-time one-step RT-PCR analysis of viral RNA. With its 50-fold concentrated mixture of Transcriptor and Taq DNA Polymerase, and a 5-fold reaction buffer containing dNTPs and MgCl2, the formulation is ideal for the detection of viral RNA. The proprietary reaction buffer allows fast and convenient "hot start" RT-PCR without heat pre-activation of the Taq DNA Polymerase. The kit is optimized for HybProbe probes and hydrolysis probes, as well as for Universal ProbeLibrary (UPL) probes, and does not require optimization of MgCl2 concentration
