All prices shown online do not include any local taxes, VAT, or customs duties.

Value of taxes, VAT, and customs duties are the customer’s responsibility if applicable
(official receipt will be given to you to be cleared before delivery).

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide any kind of documents and/or local
approvals that might be required by customs, such as MOH approval or any document related to customer’s lab.

Any failure in providing the required documents within 6 working days means returning
the product to LabShop; in this case, all related expenses will be deducted from the customer (storage, damage, shipping/returning, etc.).

LabShop might apply extra charges for installation and delivery unless it is shown
(included) on the product detail page.

Our services cover the Middle East and Arab countries ONLY.

In some cases, we might not be able to provide certain products (depends on our
agreement with the main supplier or supplier policy that LabShop must follow), this will
be determined on a case by case basis.

By clicking (send inquiry), it doesn’t mean any obligation
from our side to supply the selected item, or an obligation from your side to buy (no
prepayment in this stage). LabShop’s representatives must check the possibility of
supplying (based on the internal agreements) and preparing the quotation within 48
hours. Once you receives the quotation, you must agree to the price, terms, and
conditions.
